The Career Center of PAR University of Applied Sciences provides continuous support to students in developing their professional paths – from the very beginning of their studies to entering the job market. As part of the dual study model, students gain practical experience through internships in real business environments, in collaboration with relevant employers.
Through individual career counselling, we support students in making career decisions, identifying their strengths, and choosing their professional direction. We regularly organize workshops focused on developing key competencies, including CV writing, job interview preparation, basic financial literacy, and practical steps for starting a business. Our team maintains close contact with industry, continuously monitoring labour market needs and identifying in-demand skills.
These insights are actively shared with academic staff to ensure their integration into the development and improvement of study programmes, providing students with relevant and up-to-date education aligned with real market demands. This approach makes the Career Center a strong platform for career development, resulting in high employability of our students during and immediately after their studies.
