Membership in the EU4Dual network offers a range of opportunities for academic and non-academic staff at PAR University of Applied Sciences. The first step to getting involved is registering in the Teachers and Researchers Network – an online platform that connects you with colleagues from partner institutions across Europe. This network provides opportunities for joint research and professional projects, co-authorship, knowledge exchange, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Academic staff and researchers can also take part as lecturers in international programmes organised by partner institutions, including both online sessions and in-person teaching through Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching. Opportunities are also available for professional development through Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training, as well as job shadowing at partner institutions. In addition, staff are encouraged to participate in events organised by the alliance, including thematic conferences and the annual EU4Dual conference, which brings together representatives of the academic and business communities from across Europe.
