Studenti

For students

Students work on real business challenges in collaboration with companies and organisations, supported by mentors from industry.

1. Practical skills for the job market

Through collaboration with companies and organisations, students:

  • Work on real business challenges with support from industry mentors
  • Apply theoretical knowledge in real work environments
  • Build work habits and develop experience during their studies

2. International experience and mobility

Through Erasmus+ and other initiatives, students can take part in short- and long-term stays at partner institutions – including study periods, internships, and thematic schools across Europe.

3. Networking and international collaboration

By participating in alliance projects and programmes, students connect with peers, professors, and employers across Europe – opening up future academic and career opportunities.

4. Joint Master’s programmes

Students have the opportunity to enrol in a joint Master’s programme delivered by at least two member institutions of the EU4Dual alliance. Upon completion, they are awarded a degree from the European University for Dual Studies, along with:

  • international experience and a competitive advantage in the job market
  • access to an international network of partners and professionals
  • development of language and intercultural skills
  • career opportunities beyond their home country

Training placements

Work placements are mandatory for the study programme at PAR University of Applied Sciences. In cooperation with mentors from partner organisations and with support from the PAR Career Centre, each student defines their professional direction and selects a placement where they will complete their practical training. The aim of the dual education model is to give students hands-on experience in a real work environment, develop professional and communication skills, and prepare them for the job market.

Thanks to this model, the employment rate of PAR graduates reaches a high 94%. Many students continue working at the companies where they completed their placements, while others choose to start their own businesses. What is clear is that the practical skills developed during studies have a lasting impact on their professional paths.
