PAR University College offers an international student internship programme that includes project-based learning, research assignments, business skills and competencies development, and personal development enhancement. The programme enables motivated students to develop new ideas, solve challenging tasks and develop new professional skills, all while learning about and discovering a new cultural environment. This opportunity is offered to interested students through the Erasmus + programme, but also through membership of the PAR University College in eminent international organizations such as the European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators (EAEC) and the New Initiatives and Challenges in Europe (NICE) Network.

PAR University College as a host institution and the Iacocca Institute of Lehigh University from Pennsylvania collaborate on the Iacocca International Internship Program, which was awarded the Andrew Heiskell Award for Innovation in International Education in 2019, in recognition of the leading student mobility concept that provides students with professional experiential learning in the global market, thus gaining a competitive advantage in the labor market. It is a student exchange programme for a professional internship lasting from 6 to 12 weeks during summer.

PAR University College is also a member of the “Croatian Universities for EU Projects” consortium, accredited by Informo association in 2017. This enables students of PAR to go on exchange programmes for professional practice, which further facilitates and encourages the mobility of students within the Erasmus + programme.
