Outgoing student mobility
What is Erasmus +?
Erasmus + is a European Union program designed to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. For almost 30 years, the EU has funded the Erasmus + program, which has enabled over three million European students to spend part of their studies at another higher education institution or European organization. Studying abroad is a central part of the Erasmus + program and has been shown to have a positive effect on later job opportunities. It is also an opportunity to improve language skills, gain confidence and independence and to learn about new cultures.
The aim of mobility?
The purpose of student mobility is to conduct professional internships at foreign institutions, that is, study visits of students of the PAR University College at foreign higher education institutions.
Who can apply?
All full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students of the PAR University College can apply for the competition, having in mind that mobility can be achieved only on the condition that the student is enrolled in the second or higher year of study at the time of envisaged mobility. Also, students can complete professional internships within one year from the day of graduation.
General terms and conditions
Before going to a foreign higher education institution, the student must take into consideration the recognition of ECTS or mobility period together with the course lecturers and the Erasmus coordinator of the PAR University College. The student’s obligations are defined by the conclusion of the Learning Agreement.
Financial support
The number of financial grants that the PAR University College will award for student mobility depends on the availability of funds. The amount of financial support depends on the country where the mobility takes place and is defined in the text of the Competition. Students who apply for the Competition and meet the requirements of the Competition but do not win the scholarship can go on the exchange programme at their own expense. Students remain enrolled in their home institution for the duration of the mobility and are required to continue paying their tuition.
