Outgoing mobility – students

All full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students of PAR University of Applied Sciences are eligible to apply for Erasmus+ mobility programmes.

Applications for Erasmus+ mobility

All PAR University of Applied Sciences students interested in participating in Erasmus+ mobility – either for study or traineeship – are required to submit their application to the International Office within the deadline specified in the current call..

Who can apply?

All full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students of PAR University of Applied Sciences are eligible to apply. Study mobility can be carried out provided that the student is enrolled in at least the second year of study at the time of the planned mobility period. In addition, students may undertake a traineeship within 1 year of graduation; however, they must apply while still holding student status.

Before going on mobility to a partner higher education institution abroad, students must agree on the recognition of ECTS credits and the mobility period in consultation with course coordinators and the Erasmus coordinator at PAR University of Applied Sciences. Student obligations are defined through the
Learning Agreement (for studies or traineeship). After returning, students must complete the recognition process for completed courses or traineeship activities. For study mobility, students are required to enrol in courses worth at least 20 ECTS credits and to successfully complete a minimum of 15 ECTS per semester, as reflected in the transcript of records issued by the host institution.
Traineeships are carried out on a full-time basis, with a minimum weekly workload of 30 hours.

Each partner university includes a link to its official website – take some time to explore their academic offer.

However, students are expected to cover certain expenses themselves, including:

  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Food
  • Books and study materials
  • Health/travel insurance
  • Personal expenses

Winter semester

  • First deadline: January 30
  • Second deadline: March 31

Summer semester

  • First deadline: May 30
  • Second deadline: July 30

Note: Some partner universities may have earlier nomination deadlines. In such cases, only candidates who apply within those specific deadlines will be eligible for nomination.

Candidates who apply by the first deadline have a higher chance of being selected for their preferred institution.

The number of financial grants awarded by PAR University of Applied Sciences for student mobility depends on available funds. The amount of financial support varies depending on the country where the mobility takes place and is defined in the Call for Applications. Students who apply for the Call and meet the requirements but are not selected for a grant may still participate in the mobility at their own expense. During the mobility period, students remain enrolled at their home institution and must continue paying tuition. No tuition fees are charged at the host institution.
