Neda Lukić is a business consultant and human resources expert with over 25 years of professional experience across operational and leadership roles, as well as in education.
Her career spans two parallel paths – entrepreneurship and lecturing. As the owner of A2R d.o.o., a business consulting firm, she works with partners to support organizations in strategy development, change management, and strengthening human capital. In addition, Lukić runs Lice, a business focused on education in visual arts and personal development.
Within academia, she lectures on human resource management, organizational culture and behavior, and core organizational principles. She also contributes to lifelong learning programs as an instructor, helping to develop leadership skills through practical tools and mentorship. A particular passion lies in working with early-stage entrepreneurs, providing guidance in developing business models, building competencies, and creating sustainable practices.
She also serves as Secretary of the Krug Association of Business Women, Rijeka branch.
