EU4Dual European Dual University

EU4Dual is a European university dedicated to developing and promoting dual higher education – a modern model that combines academic learning with practical work experience in real business environments. It brings together ten higher education institutions from across Europe, supported by associated university and industry partners. Together, we connect over 70,000 students, offering more than 500 study programmes, and operating across 40 locations throughout Europe. Its goal is to establish dual education as a standard model within the European Higher Education Area. As the only Croatian member of this prestigious university, PAR University of Applied Sciences reinforces its long-standing commitment to education aligned with real labour market needs.

Shaping the future of higher education together

As a pioneer of dual education in Croatia, PAR continuously builds bridges between academia and industry, providing students and staff with opportunities to gain knowledge and experience in an international, practice-oriented environment. By connecting higher education institutions, employers, and local communities, the alliance actively addresses current social and economic challenges.

EU4Dual focuses its activities on three key thematic areas – the so-called Grand Challenges – with the aim of empowering young people and driving meaningful societal change:

  • Future of Work
  • Green Economy
  • Healthy Living
