About us
PAR University College is the first and only private higher education institution in the Primorje – Gorski Kotar County. It was founded in 2011, and since 2012 it has been conducting a bachelor programme in Business Management with the aim of educating young, modern and entrepreneurial-oriented people and as a response to the need of future students who want a different education. Since 2020 it has been conducting a master programme in Business Management.

Our goals refer to the impact of similar higher education institutions on the further development of the Republic of Croatia.
The most important of these are:
- Better relationship between the education system and economic entities
- Active participation in the development of society
- Better preparation of young people for the job market or for continuing their studies
- Prevention of labour outflow regarding young people
