PAR University College is primarily focused on fulfilling the task of professional higher education in accordance with the needs of the community in which it operates. PAR encourages the scientific and professional development of its employees through participation in conferences as well as the publication of professional and scientific papers. PAR University College publishes the Proceedings of the international scientific conference PILC (PAR International Leadership Conference) and the journal Journal of Business Paradigms with an international editorial board.
