The right to access information
The right to access information and re-use information held by the PAR Business School is exercised in accordance with the Law on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette, 25/2013, 85/2015).
The main goal of this Act is to enable and ensure the exercise of the right to access information guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the re-use of information to natural and legal persons through openness and publicity of public authorities.
The right to access information is based on the principles of publicity and free access, timeliness, completeness and accuracy of information, principle of equality, principle of disposition of information and, in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Act. and the obligation of public authorities to provide access to the requested information, ie to publish information regardless of the request made when such disclosure arises from an obligation determined by law or other regulation ”.
Information, in the sense of the said Act (Article 5, paragraph 1, item 3), represents “any information held by a public authority in the form of a document, record, file, register or in any other form, regardless of the manner in which it is presented (written, drawn, printed, recorded, magnetic, optical, electronic or other record). “
Re-use of information, in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, item 6 of the Act “means the use of information of public authorities by natural or legal persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than the original purpose of the public work for which the information is made . The exchange of information between public authorities in order to carry out tasks within their scope does not constitute re-use. “
The right to access information and reuse information is exercised by submitting a request to the Information Officer of the PAR Business School, by filling in the prescribed forms:
- request for access to information,
- request for supplementation or correction of information, or
- request to reuse information.

- orally on the record with the Information Officer (at the address of the PAR Business School)

PAR Business School is entitled to reimbursement of actual material costs incurred by providing information to the user of the right to access information and reuse information, as well as to reimburse the costs of providing the requested information.
The amount of the fee for access to information and re-use of information is determined in accordance with the criteria referred to in Article 19, paragraph 3 of the Right to Access Information Act.
